Park in the main parking lot off of Central Avenue and enter through the main entrance facing Central Avenue.
It's referred to as the building 96 visitor entrance (constructed in 1966).
There is a conference room on that end of hte plant, so it will be a short walk from the entrance to the room..
although it will be on the 2nd floor. There is an elevator if needed.
